1. Collect bidding news and procedure information, and responsible for pre-bidding preparation and coordination

2. Responsible for preparation, making, and archive of bidding document and entry document, etc.

3. Responsible for bidding progress following-up, and feedback bid-winning result

4. Responsible for sorting the documentations required by sales staff and clients

5. Responsible for other tasks assigned by superior

Position Requirement:
1. Education: junior college above degree, and relevant working experience is preferred
2. Strong communication and coordination ability, and strong sense of teamwork
3. Proactive, patient, and careful
4. Proficient office software skill
